When I heard Lee Pace was going to be Thranduil I couldn't help but be shocked and surprised. :O

I used to watch Pushing Daisies all the time and now I have it on DVD. :D

And then that line in Desolation of Smaug. Oh my god!! I couldn't help but laugh.  "Stay here if you will, and rot. A hundred years is a mere blink in the life of an elf. I am patient. I can wait." I was chuckling because he could then summon his 'pie maker gift' and bring Thorin back to life. hehehehe
